Returns and complaints
All products sold in our store are under warranty and can be returned upon discovery of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the description.
In a situation where the goods are defective, the customer must report/inform the seller within 2 months from the time the goods are found to be not in conformity with the contract.
In the above cases, please send the product back to the warehouse of our store by insured courier service. The product should be accompanied by a purchase invoice with a description of the reason for the complaint.
After the complaint is accepted, we will replace the product with a new one. If this is not possible, we will offer you a similar product or refund your money.
Please do not send parcels at our expense - if the complaint is accepted, we will refund the amount of transportation incurred by the customer (proof of payment for courier services must be attached to the claim form). We can also send our courier to pick up the goods - in that case, the customer is obliged to inform us in advance and provide the address to receive the package.
